This is a most interesting subject. An aircraft I have never seen before but looks to be a real beauty in the making. 🙂

Attaching the wings to the fuselage might be fun. Dry fitting shows might need some clamping and filling!
I-16 were used by the Russians little manoeuvrable plane soon got outclassed by the bf109's on the eastern front.
