J35J@Christoph Kunz - After some thinking I went with the green one, just for reason you mentioned.
I'm using Tamiya spray paint TS-43 Racing Green for this build.

Nick GA beautiful model of a gorgeous aeroplane. You certainly have a very eclectic collection of builds, which all look stunning. Your build of the DH.88 and one on Britmodeller have prompted me to get the Micro-Mir kit, as I;ve always wanted to build G-ASCP "Black Magic", but the latest boxing only has the decals for G-ACSS "Grosvenor House" in it due to Decograph production problems in the Ukraine. If you still have the decals for "Black Magic" going spare would you be willing to post them to the UK for me? I'm happy to pay P+P. Very many thanks. Nick G

The build had some challenges but if you take your time with dry fitting and in put some work on detailing and rescribing you will have a nice kit. The engines provided in the kit is detailed, I took the easy way out this time depicting the plane airborne.
