In the night of 13 to 14 may 1943 this bomber was lost. Pilot was Flight Lieutenant Clifford Charles John Bowyer, who was killed while keeping the aircraft level so the rest of the crew could escape from the heavily damaged Stirling.

I polished the canopy, getting rid of the frame, so I could use masking for the Italeri Stirling.
