i decided the hetzer needs a dio! i'm planning an ambush scene! the hetzer is waiting behind a bush, the grenadiers are preparing for an ambush. i will add a little river and a cart. i'm not sure but maybe i will add an mg42 in the building. 🙂

well the dio is finished but i had to change a few things. the wooden base was poor quality and bent! i had to do everything again but in the second try i decided for a poly base and that was the best decision ever. the whole diorama is very light. i changed the tank setup as well. i decided i want to make a bigger dio and the hetzer was too small so i picked up a jagdpanther. im very happy with the end result. this was my first big diorama and i used so many new techniques. for example i built a building for the first time, scratch built the interior for the first time and it was my first try on creating water! i learned a lot, i made a lot of mistakes but screw it right? thats what modelling is about! always testing new techniques and be creative! cheers!
