Let the cutting begin! 

All parts cut out and sanded, time to start the build 

Different angles on the top half and bottom half of the wing, Will need to section the top part in order to align the wing parts to get the right angle  

Sectioning done, now some fitting work to get the wing sorted 

Cutting out the molded gun barrels for some aftermarket items 

Cutting molded exhaust pipe. This will be filled out with as the exhaust is shorter according to blue prints 

Test fitting, decent fit so far in the process. Some plasticard needed for the wings 

 

Cockpit prep, an old Me 109 chair did the trick, needed to some cutting in order to narrow the chair to fit into the fuselage 

Ready for paint! 

 

Had some spare PE in order to enhance the airframe details 

Cockpit done! Keeping it very simple this time. 

Airframe and wings ready to be glued together. Quite some fitting work needed before assembly  

It starts to look like a plane. Now some more putty and sanding to the airframe in final shape 

Phase 1 done! Now paint prep and detaling
