Thanks Martin, I have the same opinion on many kits I see here, their detail is beyond what I can generally achieve, their weathering is just unbelievable. I guess I turn out reasonable job, I have worked out that is what I enjoy, striving but not being worried by not the greatest. Luckily you can't see the inevitable finger print, paint spill, and the odd part missing, because it was already painted and didn't want to have to touch up.... Glad you like it

Wanting to do a early (Pearl Harbour sort of time frame) but only having this kit, I launched into the project. The instructions provide for only an overall green aircraft, and the squadron markings aren't for pearl harbour, but I thought I'd cuff it as its about the right era (I'm no zero expert), Interestingly the box art is for a grey not green aircraft, but the instructions don't support this.
So historically not accurate, forgive my artistic licence, it was a quickie.
