Thnx Erik. I already spent a lot of time in it. I hope it's worth it...

Thanks. That is one of the reasons to build it. I think the F-16 is beautiful, but I've seen it built too often.

Fantastic job all around Klaas!! My Hawk is on hold for a while now unfortunately but your result give me inspiration again!

Fabulous Build. I've got an old SMER Hawk coming up next in 1:72 and your detail here will certainly be a guide for my efforts.

Very very nice. How did you do the subtle chipping?

Thanks Ben. I first gave the plane an aluminium coat and sealed it. Then I applied masking fluid with a piece of sponge on the places which would be worn or exposed to wind flow the most. After camouflaging I simply rubbed the masking of. Because I found the aluminium too bright I toned it down by spraying highly dilluted camouflage green over it.

Thank you. I think I will try this on one of my current builds, I like how you were able to control where the chipping happened like in the wing leading edges.

Always nice to see a ml-knil subject like this hawk!
