Revell space shuttle

This kit is simply a pure nightmare because of the extremyly low quality of it, and I decided to more or less give up. I will finish it out of the box without trying to correct the issues.

Yes, all the Revell 1:144 shuttle kits have poor fit and inaccuracies.

oh, yes, nothing is fitting well, the sprues themselves are not well molded, etc. the worst kit I saw so far from Revell.

Nope, worst shuttle kit from Revell is the Launch Tower set. Multiple different scales in the box - shuttle stack is 1:144, MLP is ~1:200, RSS is ~1:168, first level of FSS is ~1:205, second level of FSS is ~1:160, remaining levels of FSS are ~1:168. At least each of the standalone shuttle kits have one scale inside the box. The Launch Tower kit is a disaster.

Thank you for the warning, I was just about to add this to my whishlist. It's a shame 'cos I like that set very much, but having more problems than fun doesn't make sense.
Anybody knows about the quality of the 1:72 version (shuttle only)?
