I messaged my dealer 🙂 Modellbau König and the promised me to send a replacement part. Let`s see how that goes.
@Thomas K.: Thank you for your suggestion, but I have little experience with the hot water method. My preferred way to go is careful brute force 😄 In this case of multidimensional warp I fear either method will result in a broken part
