If i may quote the Newsletter from Richard, Aviattic Ltd.:

It will be painful to see my customers and friends wooed by this self-styled 'serial entrepreneur'... he has been approaching virtually everyone I know and have worked with, trying to recruit modellers, CAD designers and artists to produce these new products, some of whom have fallen for his 'charms'.. For legal reasons I will say no more. For now."

Thank you for the information Markus. I have purchased several items from Aviattic in the past and will continue to do so in the future; and I think Richard is a good man. Having said this divorce of partnership is undoubtably like divorces in marriage - there are always two sides to the story and we have only heard one side thus far. Knowing none of the specifics in this case I will not judge either party as that would be unfair.
