Thanks Robert, it was a quite an exercise to get a decent SHAR out of an old Tamiya's kit.
Would have been easier and less costly going directly with a Kinetic kit, but what's the fun in that…😉😅

Right, way too easy. Honestly I'm surprised Tamiya hasn't retired this kit in shame, it's really bad. Good job making it look great.

Thanks John,
Tamyia's SHAR is always a topic for debate.😅
This kit is poor but cheap, was a good platform for practice my modeling skills. Need to build a proper Tamiya kit now.

For sure, lots of practice to be had with this kit! 😅 Maybe one of their newer tool A6Ms would be a just "reward" for suffering through the old Harrier?

Thanks John for the Tamyia Zero thoughts. Will certainly look into that kit.

Love the detail in the cockpit. You also dealt with that pesky panel behind the cockpit very well!

Thanks for all kind feedback
@CaptGPF - thanks for your feedback, that panel required a lot of craftmanship, putty, sanding and some offensive words to come together…😅

Blimey! You made this duff old kit sing! Your skills and the aftermarket have made this dog of a kit into something else! Unfortunately you've made me even less inclined to finish mine, though I appreciate your comment on my build of this venerable kit too 👋🙂 congratulations on the result 👍

@Neil - many thanks for your kind comments. Not my intention to put you off.
Myself I went overboard with aftermarket stuff. The Tamiya kit itself served more as a back bone in this build
I also had a lot of help and inspiration form some youtube clips on this build.

@J35J - It's fine! 👍 I was jesting! Trust me, I won't let this old build beat me either! 😉 Congratulations once again on the finished result you've achieved.
