There's Syrian T-72s in way worse (cosmetic) condition than this one. Yours looks totally legit like one I saw in a Filatov video, except the rear-most storage bin is painted red along with the snorkel tube.

A point of contention: It looks like the top of the barrel is rusted along its entire length. This cannot happen in the real world as all T-72s have a full length aluminum thermal shroud. It covers the entire length of the barrel except for the muzzle and a portion at the base of the barrel in front of the armored gun mask; this bare section accounts for the recoil stroke of the cannon.
