Binzhou - Type 054A FFG
1September 26, 2021Many of the bigger parts are slide molded and do not require much assembly... thus this is the result after about 10minutes of unpacking, cutting and dryfitting it all together
2September 26, 2021Finished the basic parts of the superstructure. As the parts were slidemolded, there were no real issues with alignment. Note that Iused black glue

5October 2, 2021ANother bit of work was finally done today! I glued on some more PE and glued the main superstructure on. I still have to do some filling

Using Trumpeters 1/700 kit and Tetra Model Works photoetch elements, I am building the Chinese PLAN frigate Binzhou (515) as I had seen her in person at an Open Ship event at the Kieler Woche in Northern Germany in 2018.
