Perforate and Cut off.
![Album image #12 Album image #12](/albums/img/0/5/7/1163057-37066-39-720.jpg)
The inner wall should not be thick, so I will use 0.3mm pla plate.
![Album image #13 Album image #13](/albums/img/0/5/8/1163058-37066-68-720.jpg)
Glue it.
![Album image #14 Album image #14](/albums/img/0/5/9/1163059-37066-63-720.jpg)
but, wrong angle.
![Album image #15 Album image #15](/albums/img/0/6/0/1163060-37066-61-720.jpg)
Hm... I decided to redo, so removed it.
and, I filled in the arrow area because there was a hole.
and, I filled in the arrow area because there was a hole.
![Album image #16 Album image #16](/albums/img/0/6/1/1163061-37066-76-720.jpg)
First, surveying height of under nose part.
![Album image #17 Album image #17](/albums/img/0/6/2/1163062-37066-31-720.jpg)
Build the support parts.
![Album image #18 Album image #18](/albums/img/0/6/3/1163063-37066-34-720.jpg)
And, build a inner wall from the outside.
![Album image #19 Album image #19](/albums/img/0/6/4/1163064-37066-40-720.jpg)
Than, cut off and clean up.
![Album image #20 Album image #20](/albums/img/0/6/5/1163065-37066-62-720.jpg)
Parting line was too thick.
I couldn't even sand or scrape, so I had to cut it with a chisel.

![Album image #21 Album image #21](/albums/img/0/6/6/1163066-37066-36-720.jpg)
Sanding done. (It took about 1 hours)
![Album image #22 Album image #22](/albums/img/0/6/7/1163067-37066-68-720.jpg)
The wings also contracted so much that I had to sand hard.
And when I put it on the body, there was a lot of space, so I cut off the 'wing tip' of both ends , sanded it, and made a pla-plate and attached it

![Album image #23 Album image #23](/albums/img/0/6/8/1163068-37066-88-720.jpg)
Then trim the wing tip.
![Album image #24 Album image #24](/albums/img/0/6/9/1163069-37066-53-720.jpg)
The shrinkage is so severe that it is sanded after coating with an instant adhesive.
![Album image #25 Album image #25](/albums/img/0/7/0/1163070-37066-25-720.jpg)
Parts that didn't fit very well now fit well.
Marked arrow are not a good fit.

![Album image #26 Album image #26](/albums/img/7/4/0/1164740-37066-84-720.jpg)
Using epoxy putty.
![Album image #27 Album image #27](/albums/img/7/4/1/1164741-37066-29-720.jpg)
The front windshield fits well.
![Album image #28 Album image #28](/albums/img/7/4/2/1164742-37066-75-720.jpg)
But, the rear windshield and cover don't feel good.
![Album image #29 Album image #29](/albums/img/7/4/3/1164743-37066-16-720.jpg)
Hm... It still seems weird.
![Album image #30 Album image #30](/albums/img/7/4/4/1164744-37066-31-720.jpg)
The rear windshield was bent, so I used hot water to fix it.
![Album image #31 Album image #31](/albums/img/9/8/1/1165981-37066-16-720.jpg)
It was not molded properly.
![Album image #32 Album image #32](/albums/img/9/8/3/1165983-37066-90-720.jpg)
Rather than filling and refining, I used it as a design element to create a shape.
![Album image #33 Album image #33](/albums/img/9/8/2/1165982-37066-14-720.jpg)
There is no structure to hang on.
![Album image #34 Album image #34](/albums/img/9/8/5/1165985-37066-75-720.jpg)
I made a chin.
![Album image #35 Album image #35](/albums/img/9/8/4/1165984-37066-93-720.jpg)
Done
![Album image #36 Album image #36](/albums/img/2/1/4/1166214-37066-97-720.jpg)
Side vents are blocked.
![Album image #37 Album image #37](/albums/img/2/1/5/1166215-37066-35-720.jpg)
Measure the depth
![Album image #38 Album image #38](/albums/img/2/1/6/1166216-37066-27-720.jpg)
Cut and prepare a pla-plate of appropriate length.
![Album image #39 Album image #39](/albums/img/2/1/7/1166217-37066-28-720.jpg)
After bonding Top and Bottom plate firmly, prepare a plastic plate that will become a curved surface.
![Album image #40 Album image #40](/albums/img/2/1/8/1166218-37066-14-720.jpg)
Roll a round bar to make a smooth bend.
![Album image #41 Album image #41](/albums/img/2/1/9/1166219-37066-63-720.jpg)
Glue, Sanding... Done.
![Album image #42 Album image #42](/albums/img/3/9/4/1167394-37066-25-720.jpg)
It doesn't fit well, so you have to bend it and sand the inside of both ends.
![Album image #43 Album image #43](/albums/img/3/9/3/1167393-37066-50-720.jpg)
Perfect.
![Album image #44 Album image #44](/albums/img/3/9/2/1167392-37066-18-720.jpg)
But, there is an empty space in the marked area.
![Album image #45 Album image #45](/albums/img/3/9/5/1167395-37066-80-720.jpg)
It was covered with a thin plate.
![Album image #46 Album image #46](/albums/img/3/9/8/1167398-37066-53-720.jpg)
Drill and trim.
I perforated the upper row in one row to give it a more modern feel. - Actually I'm getting a little bored now ;P
It also corrects the wrong mold of the tail light part.

It also corrects the wrong mold of the tail light part.
![Album image #47 Album image #47](/albums/img/5/3/8/1168538-37066-28-720.jpg)
I glued the front bumper to the body and filled it with plastic putty.
![Album image #48 Album image #48](/albums/img/5/3/6/1168536-37066-40-720.jpg)
And cleaned the surface.
I'll take it apart again after it hardens.

![Album image #49 Album image #49](/albums/img/5/3/7/1168537-37066-83-720.jpg)
The arch part still didn't fit, so I putty the front fender part.
![Album image #50 Album image #50](/albums/img/5/4/1/1168541-37066-40-720.jpg)
Done.
![Album image #51 Album image #51](/albums/img/5/3/9/1168539-37066-53-720.jpg)
Rough sketch.
![Album image #52 Album image #52](/albums/img/5/4/0/1168540-37066-91-720.jpg)
This is front splitter.
![Album image #53 Album image #53](/albums/img/1/8/5/1174185-37066-56-720.jpg)
Separated again for next work.
![Album image #54 Album image #54](/albums/img/1/8/6/1174186-37066-62-720.jpg)
I will drill a hole in the marked place.
![Album image #55 Album image #55](/albums/img/1/8/7/1174187-37066-10-720.jpg)
It is simpler to cut with a knife from the inside than to drill a hole from the outside.
![Album image #56 Album image #56](/albums/img/1/8/8/1174188-37066-27-720.jpg)
I had to paint the marked areas in glossy black, so I sanded the surface, but the shrinkage was too much.
![Album image #57 Album image #57](/albums/img/1/8/9/1174189-37066-27-720.jpg)
Finally painted the surfacer.
![Album image #58 Album image #58](/albums/img/1/9/0/1174190-37066-29-720.jpg)
I like my modified design ;P
![Album image #59 Album image #59](/albums/img/1/9/1/1174191-37066-11-720.jpg)
I corrected it by applying putty so that the edges in the marked areas continued smoothly.
![Album image #60 Album image #60](/albums/img/1/9/2/1174192-37066-52-720.jpg)
I made an outer cover for the fog lights. (fruit packaging container)
![Album image #61 Album image #61](/albums/img/1/9/3/1174193-37066-37-720.jpg)
Fog light and winker lenses were made by machining the spare parts included in the tank kit.
![Album image #62 Album image #62](/albums/img/1/9/4/1174194-37066-69-720.jpg)
The refraction was so severe that I sanded it and polished(Tamiya Compound) it.
![Album image #63 Album image #63](/albums/img/1/9/5/1174195-37066-29-720.jpg)
But, the refraction of the inner surface was also severe, so there was little improvement.
![Album image #64 Album image #64](/albums/img/1/9/6/1174196-37066-19-720.jpg)
There is no detail on the side window, so I made simply inner frame.
![Album image #65 Album image #65](/albums/img/7/8/0/1177780-37066-49-720.jpg)
White surfacer (gloss).
![Album image #66 Album image #66](/albums/img/7/8/1/1177781-37066-37-720.jpg)
I made 'French Blue'
![Album image #67 Album image #67](/albums/img/7/8/2/1177782-37066-81-720.jpg)
Base coloring and clear coat.
![Album image #68 Album image #68](/albums/img/7/8/3/1177783-37066-42-720.jpg)
My signature ;P
![Album image #69 Album image #69](/albums/img/7/8/4/1177784-37066-17-720.jpg)
After painting Tamiya 'Ghost Gray', masking the engine room paint
![Album image #70 Album image #70](/albums/img/7/8/5/1177785-37066-63-720.jpg)
The windshield requires masking on the inside and outside.
![Album image #71 Album image #71](/albums/img/7/8/6/1177786-37066-34-720.jpg)
Carbon pattern to front splitter.
![Album image #72 Album image #72](/albums/img/7/8/7/1177787-37066-45-720.jpg)
Remove masking tape.
![Album image #73 Album image #73](/albums/img/7/8/8/1177788-37066-76-720.jpg)
Paintbrush with Vallejo.
![Album image #74 Album image #74](/albums/img/7/9/2/1177792-37066-73-720.jpg)
Greedy leveling the surface, the paint on the edge corners was erased.
![Album image #75 Album image #75](/albums/img/7/9/3/1177793-37066-31-720.jpg)
In any case, since the surface of the roof is not smooth and needs correction, it will have to be repainted.
![Album image #76 Album image #76](/albums/img/7/9/4/1177794-37066-10-720.jpg)
Compounding done.
![Album image #77 Album image #77](/albums/img/7/9/5/1177795-37066-91-720.jpg)
I used 'Tamiya Panel Line Accent Color'
![Album image #78 Album image #78](/albums/img/7/9/6/1177796-37066-11-720.jpg)
All the coloring work is done and ready to assemble.
Now only the straight build remains.

![Album image #85 Album image #85](/albums/img/9/0/8/1177908-37066-68-720.jpg)
There was a little floating part, so I fixed it with tongs.

Album info
Heller's EB110 has the wrong body proportions, and the headlamps and intakes in various places are omitted.
Above all, it is dissatisfying that the parts do not fit well due to the overall quality deterioration.
and, I plan to change the design of the headlamp to my liking.
