2023 YT Cancer Awareness GB Dominic's 1970 Charger
Kinda what I'm going for.
A bit of progress. Rear bench seat came from an AMT '68 Road Runner that was turned into a semi-pro stock machine.
Body cleaned up. Just needs a good wet sanding & primer.
Little by little. The instructions say to mount it on the interior tub but I think it will be much easier just mounting it by itself. Motor going to be a tight squeeze once the headers are on!
Finally got some paint on it. Like a lot of peeps in wintertime, the weather is not conducive to decent finishes! Front quarter view.
Rear quarter view. Used Krylon 'Colormaxx' Gloss Rich Plum.
Chassis painted.
Engine, interior and suspension parts painted on carousel.

Interior parts sprayed.
Had to touch up the chassis and a few other items. Got some Glosscote on the dash and seats.
Got to touch up the side panels and add some paint details to the dash & sides but most of the interior is painted.

Only a few more parts to paint/detail paint/ touch up.

ChrisAmazing color. My grandma had a 70s Nova special ordered in a very similar color. It was a show stopper.
