Wow thanks Guys for the positive comments she was a labor of love. Spanjaard correct these are not the kit decals, I used a couple sets to get the correct marking for the time line that I remember. I had one period picture I used as a guide. As a side note this build can also be hung on a wall

Thanks Jim. May I ask what sets did u use? Maybe you can ask them to the project? I would love to make a similar one, and your advice (since you knew it firsthand) would be really great

Spanjaard, I used the 2021 IPMS Nationals decal sheet and the USAF/USN Aggressors F-5E MIRAMAR NAS, NELLIS, LUKE Microscale 1:48 48-53 and the kit Decal sheet. For me the trick was to get the yellow bordered 57 with the larger 57 on the vertical stabilizer. They are both not on the same decal sheet. what made this harder is that the Old Blue paint scheme and markings transitioned, I believe in 1980-81. I had to mix and match across multiple sheets to get the markings under the cockpit to match up. Also, I made the colors lighter that the recommended FS#s as most of the Aggressors faded quite dramatically in the desert sun after leaving the paint hanger. I hope this helps.

Album info
I was based at Nellis AFB 1977-79, 57th EMS in-shop, I worked the M-39 20mm cannons on the Aggressor 64th and 65th birds. Looking to build this on out as s/n 057 in the Ghost Blue livery.
