I think I'm going to have to stop with this for a while. Too tired, and little progress. Too many parts and too much to clean. A new day and it seems I'm on groundhog day... everything goes back to the beginning, because the pieces continue to be piled up.
In addition to what I'm cleaning now I discovered some holes inside the caterpillars that most of them have. I have to see well, but I think I'll leave them like this otherwise this goes with me to the grave.
Today I took the opportunity to go shopping and bought two 45cm tensioner clamps, for when I start gluing the hull, since the ones I have don't fit.

One set of links almost ready...Started with a lime but didnt liked the result, so all done with a scalpel. Hard work...already dreaming during sleep that i'm still working...
Time to start the rest but these still need some work.

Comparing a 1/35 pzII with the drive sprocket of this one...

I chose to start by taking care of the caterpillars, thinking it would be easier...bad decision!
In addition to the 4 pins of the support, it has 10 extraction points per link, plus flash, which in some cases is more like a storm than flash...
In other words, just to clean in minimally in a presentable way, it's about 45 minutes per link. Of course they are links and that is raw iron, but there are limits. I've seen videos on the net where not even the extraction points were cleaned, but I can't do it that way... So Like a boss cleaning mode will be!
Let the fun begin! Maybe 3 weeks of it... 😛
