This color combination has something. No sweets color like usual. Very good! I saw it and I smiled.
Am I wrong or is the front axle steerable? That's made afterwards because the Monogram kit isn't able for that.
When I see this car I'm over thinking to sell mine. Anyway. I still have my built one without any paint on the body. It's time for a restoration.

Curios. I just took a look into the instruction sheet and the front axle is one piece molded with the pins for the wheels. Could you take a picture of your front axle? I'm going to take one from mine (scalemates.com/kits/..89-56-t-bird--170270)

looks old, no changes, built as is in the box.
As i look closer at the paint i think, it was not primered.
