i wished could build it box stock. the decals were missing, so i choosed a similar color. Perhaps, i will find some decals some day.

Dom, there's a guy on SM who has a kit for sale, that's started. I'm trying to find out if the decals are present? If they are, he only wants €20 for the kit. That's a good reason to get it. Then you could have a blank canvas for something else too?

@Bill: yes, i dechromed them, glued together and sanded the "gluelines". After painting, i used Bare Metal Foil for the Chromestripes. Same on the Airboxes.

Agree too! Less chrome on it is not that bad anyway. I like the color. Well built!

Is it possible to aply the decals afterwards? On my Freightliner it will be a bigge issue because of all that handlebars on the cabin and sleeper.

luckily, and hughe thanks to Bozzer! - i got the decals with the started kit.
It looks like, they can be aplied afterwards. the are not as complicated as i had in mind. exciting :-D . Time to lay my hands on.

Who knows what you can do with it? Extended chassis, rat rod, whatever jumps into your head?

Album info

As every Year, our Modelersclub had a Theme for new-years-meeteing. You have the full year to build, and in 2023 it was the Thme "trucks".
I have not a lot trucks in my stash, but this one remindes me to my childhood: i had a poster from the "T900 Australlia Truck" on my wall and i thought: if any truck, this is the one.
i was not amused after unpacking the truck, because all the decals was missing. At the end, its looking like this...
