Build Photos: RX-93 Gundam

 

Legs built. Playing with matte and gloss. 

Legs and waist built. Tamiya Light Gray Panel Line Accent Color for gradient in waist. Taking a very subtle approach with panel lining to just lightly contrast with the brilliant white. Tamiya Brown Panel Line Accent Color for the yellow hip accents and red crotch just below tip of chevron. Gray frame at waist has two coats of Tamiya Black Panel Line Accent Color because it would be greasy! 

Evidence of some sheen variation across the model. White and grey is coated in matt varnish but red pieces shown here each have one thick coat of Pledge Revive It Floor Gloss - pledge.com/en-us/products/pledge-floor-gloss. After accenting the indentations with Tamiya Black Panel Line Accent Color I liberally coat the piece by pouring Pledge over it and then let it sit undisturbed for 12 hours to settle without brush strokes.
