LCM(3) with M3A1 Scout Car
Testing Naval Modelling and 3D Printing for 1/144

When I found Trumpeter´s rather cheap little 1/144 LCM(3), I found it to be a good opportunity to get into some 1/144th scale naval subjects without starting off with any expensive resin kits. As I did judge an empty LCM to be not as "well rounded" a build as it could be, I 3D-printed a little M3A1 Scout Car to go into the landing craft as well as some minor stowage items.
The plan for this one was to be built over the weekend concurrently with the "48 - 48" event from the Modelling Officers Mess... of course I got ill and that did not work out... such is life!
