Thanks Holger, This should be a fairly easy project since it will be mostly out of the box. So far I have been happy with the kit even though it is rather old.

Yeah thats a old cow, i have the kit too. And VF 111 markings are the most beautiful in my eyes!

Looking good so far. F-14A in Sundowner markings. It just does something to you...deep inside makes you feel good. Plus it's a reall cool scheme for that a/c.

Spent most of the evening decaling the Phoenix missiles. Also got some paint on the fuselage and the Aim-9 and 7. Still enjoying the build.

Allmost on the finish line now. The decals need some rounds with Micro Sol and then there are some weathering to be done.

Thank you for your positive response. I'm not completly happy with the result my self since I manage to get some fog on the canopy as a result of using Tamiya ultra thin cement (In the back of my head I knew this would happen, but there has been a loooong time since I built an aircraft so I had kind of forgotten). Otherwise I'm happy with the result, and my colleague who recieved it this morning was very happy even though he managed to break off two wheels 50 seconds after I had presented it to him. But superglue fixed it and it was soon "operational again. 🙂

@Superbug18: The fit is in general very good. I used very little filler. One problem is the fit of the canopy which could have been better.
