Those are the harness decals. I had used HGW and Eduard on previous kits only to recently realize that once the body is put on the chassis, they can't be seen, so why did I bother. Hence, I have given up on them with Rally cars. Sadly, I will still have to do them for F1 cars. Harnesses are a big reason I started doing bikes. Short answer made long, sorry.

i just did my first harnesses on a hasegawa delta the 'shower curtain' stuff, damn fiddly little PE pieces!!

Exactly. I found some ribbon that is perfect looking but every bit of hardware I have is a micron too narrow and trying to thread that crap is just not fun. And since I couldn't see harnesses on other completed kits, the hell with it. And the results airplane people get with even smaller stuff just amazes me.
