Lead slab underneath the cockpit 

Some PE in the cockpit 

Fuselage closed. I'll have to scratch build the seats. The ones in the kit don't really look like my reference pics.

It's a tiny, pretty jet. 

Instead of scratch building the seats I got a pair of Pavla Escapac seats for the A-4 Skyhawk. They look rather similar to the ones used in the Pinto. 

A piece of transparant rod was used for the landing lights. Shallow drilling, filled with chrome paint and super glued to the nose. Then a lot of grinding, filing, sanding and polishing. 

Some detailling inside the canopy was pulled in from outside

Hopefully it shows through the aluminium finish 

 

 

 

That was a real crap idea. Back to primer and again metal finish. 

Varying aluminium colors on different panels. It involves a lot of masking. 

Scratch built undercarriage 

Final result! I had a lot of issues with the metal finish, but I'm in a learning curve. 

It has Dutch registration as I would have liked it for myself to fly in.
