I struggled a bit getting this thing together I remember. 😄
I like taking out the two batteries when I am not using the drill, to avoid, maybe draining the batteries, but now that I think about it, maybe it doesn't matter much, unsure.
I prefer a hand operated drill for precision, because of the risk of drilling too hard through plastic with the electrical motor.

I'm very pleased with this tool .... has he right speed for plastic ... Of course for precision drilling I prefer manual tools. I had no problems assembilng the drill ... much easier that Ikea furniture 😉

An 1/8" collet will juuussst fit and allow the use of a mini three-jaw chuck. I love mine, it's the perfect speed.
