My first ever model ship - complete

Got the larger painting done 

Damn this ship can hold a lot of air vehicles  

So i decided to swallow my pride and use masking tape 

Finally got the deck on, now letting it sit and dry while im at school 

Trying some rust effects, and wash to let it all dry because im going away for a day 

Got the rough floorplan for the carrier. Trying to make it look like theyre scrambling jets to fight a threat. No the superstructure isnt glued yet 

Got the superstructure glued on and decals applied  

The painting was actually surprisingly fun 

"Maverick you are clear for take off." 

The reason i upload so little pictures is because my browser is very bad and it kicks me out every time i try to upload a picture. I can only imagine what the US engineers had to go through to try and buy the Christie suspension ( little history joke for ya 🙂 )
