Yes, the kit has updated parts for the MSIP II mods. Overall, the kit itself is OK, although the nose to fuselage joint is not good, requiring a fair amount of filling and sanding. The kit decals are horrible, bordering on unusable; they are thick, silver even on very glossy areas, don't conform to details at all, even after using several strong decal solutions, and the colors are off. When I build the next one I'll use aftermarket decals for everything.
