I believe this kit and this one:
scalemates.com/kits/139334-m..luke-skywalker-s-snowspeeder
Are the same kit, I have the "8915" kit, which is MPC/Ertl on the box top, and AMT/Ertl on the box bottom (inner box). I know of no version of this kit (8915) with AMT/Ertl on the box top.
I added the image here, as there was no image and this is a 'AMT/Ertl' kit, the sliver "Commemorative Edition" is a sticker, on the shrink-wrap, not the box top.
