It looks like scalemates.com/kits/1091583-mpc-1-3729-75-corvette-convertible but there are two differences:
1) The printing on the top of the box: "2 in 1"
2) The printing on the side:
#1-3729 "Fundimensions" [img1]
#6360 "ERTL-Stock #6360 Replaces MPC Stock #1-3729" [img2]
